- Documents and property information you provide. When you use the Service, you may submit your homeowners association (HOA) governing documents, your property or building address, and related information so we can read those documents and provide plain-language answers about them.

- Advertising and analytics data. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools to understand how visitors reach and use the Service and to measure and improve our advertising. This may involve sharing certain event and device information with Meta. We do not send your submitted HOA documents or street address to advertising tools.

- To provide the Service — to read your submitted documents and generate plain-language answers.
